I’ve been holding on to this blog post for months. Many many months. Has it been more than a year? Perhaps. The reason why I’m torn is because while I was making this for a dinner for my mom I was convinced it would be a huge hit. Sprinkles, cheesecake, funfetti! Plus, we wouldn’t feel guilty eating it. What could go wrong? But instead, it was kind of… meh. Even now, looking at the recipe, I’m surprised to remember just how underwhelmed I was.
